Robertson
Grandmother of
Kori-Anne Robertson, Calum Gordon
Lucas Robertson, Maya Robertson
Ebonnie Star Robertson & Faith Summer Robertson
Born
at Turriff Cottage hospital, baptised Ann
Wilson at St Congans Church, she started school at Turriff primary
school then on to Turriff Academy When Ann left school she moved to
Aberdeen and worked as a receptionist.
When Raymond & Ann were married , they moved to where Raymond
was stationed in the Armed Forces.
Raymond's service came to an end they
returned to Scotland where they bought their
first house together, a year later they celebrated the arrival of
Laura Ann a beautiful daughter
Two years later Raymond Peter was born this completed their family and they settled down to a happy family life raising their children.
Life was a struggle for many years but it proved
a great experience raising children to become well adjust adults.
In
1990 Ann made a career decision, she went to college to take up business
studies, where she gained an HNC and an HND.
Raymond went to Aberdeen University, Ann decided to go on to Robert Gordon University.
Where
she worked very hard and at the age of thirty nine she received her
Bachelor of Arts in business.
The
day Ann was presented with her Degree made us the
Proudest family in the world.
Ann
was recruited by an oil related company as a Quality Assurance Manager.
Ann died in a Motor Car Accident on Mon' 28th April 1997.
Her company said of her work
"Within the eleven months
Ann worked for them she completed work which would normally have taken
more than 2 years, proving she was a great asset to them, it would
also be very hard to replace her".
We
all miss her very much.
I'm sure she would be very proud seeing her children coping with their
loss, and the progress they have made in their lives.
They
certainly make me a proud father, I don't know how I would manage
without them.
Ann treasured memories of you.
I was not there to see you die.
To hold your hand or say good-bye.
Every day I think of you.
And make no outward show.
What it means to lose you.
ALWAYS.
There will always be a face before me
A voice I long to hear
A smile I will always remember.
Of a wife I loved so dear
Deep are the memories
Precious they stay.
No length of time can take them away.
I love you more with each passing day.
Love Ray and kids.
---------------------------------
I'll always be near
Hush my love, hush be still
I had to leave you, it was God’s will
Hush my love do not cry
For I am standing here, right by.
I have not gone for good you see
I am always right here and join you for tea.
But alas, you cannot see me and all that I give
Hush my sweet love, I am not dead, I still live.
When you feel down or very low
I will kiss or hug you, as I did below
There will be joy and laughter in your heart
When you realize we are never apart
I am everywhere you go and everything you see
I am always with you.
You will sing and dance once more again
Bright sunshine will fill you, instead of rain
I live! I live! I live! I tell thee
Just a thought you need, to remember me.
In each flower, plant or bird you see
We are all part of this, you and me
So look at all things with gentle love and care
We’ll meet again I am just over here.
Remember the good times never the sad
We loved and laughed together and shared the bad
Remember how precious and dear you are to me
Remember I’m right here with you, if only you could see.
I love you and “I’ll always be near”
Just whisper my name and I’ll be right there.
